Nithin is a passionate and enthusiastic QA professional with 7+ years of experience in the field of IT with a focus on Quality Assurance (Automation & Manual) of web & mobile-based applications. Currently attached with Fave, as QA Lead for Automation driving their test automation journey. He is mainly involved in building robust test automation solutions from the ground up. Also, involved in Test & Release strategies to improve software delivery.
He enjoys sharing his learning and experiences through creative writing and loved to be known as a storyteller. An active member of various Software Testing communities, Speaker, Tech Workshops Trainer & also guest blogger in various platforms. He is in a mission to build a robust community driven platform to find the rich voices, ideas & experiences among the testing community by opening up the world of possibilities.

Amala Vijayan
The woman behind Synapse QA, our beloved Co-Founder.
Amala have been working in Tech for over 6 years now, an enthusiastic QA professional who started her career as a developer and her passion towards testing led her to pursue testing as her career. She is currently working as Test Analyst in Nintex. She likes to explore new things & is the main ideator behind the sparks we have for Synapse QA

Ram is a passionate Software Test Automation Engineer at Belldirect. He loves to explore the concepts, theories and tools in the domain of software testing.
Core Member and Editor of Synapse QA since the beginning where he truly believes in order to learn, the best way is to teach others. His thoughts aligns well with the vision of Synapse QA to be the bridge to connect gaps between the knowns and unknowns where he hope to be a piece of that bridge.

IT Expert with more than 16 years of experience in Automation Tools, Web Programming with a strong background on Web Tools, API testing, Performance Testing, Linux OS and Testing Techniques, in-depth knowledge on Selenium, JavaScript, Python, testing tools, cloud computing, Automation Frameworks, Agile methodologies (Scrum, DSDM, Open Agile, LeSS, Kanban Certified), IT Service Management (ITIL Certified) and People Management. His passion and commitment towards the community is always encouraging for others.

Benjie have been in the software development industry for most of my working life and currently working as QA Lead in Fave Malaysia for the past 3 years. Similar to his passion for team sports specifically basketball, believe team effort is the key for a high quality Software.
