Super Voice is one of a kind event to find talented speakers in the testing community and bring them to the mainstream. We are on a mission to inspire & motivate testers to open up their hearts and share their thoughts by being more vocal.
We believe this will act as a chain reaction that gives confidence to those who participate & listen.
Conferences have always been a great way to share knowledge, however, the openness of conferences is always “limited” when it comes to moulding speakers (especially newbies). Super Voice will break those barriers and instil courage in speakers to take up public speaking and share their knowledge.
A brand new signature event similar to Super Reads, yet unique and fresh (blend of Reality show & Speakathon) to help people in fulfilling their dreams of becoming public speakers.
We want to encourage new speakers, and we also wish to bring a unique experience to our audience. Super Voice is crafted according to your tastes to fill your mind with an exhilarating learning experience. It is a genuinely global event open to anyone from the software testing industry.

How 🧩
It is conceptualised as a 11 episode show (10 recorded & Live Grand Finale) that will bring 12 shortlisted contestants to share their knowledge on different themes, topics, & formats and enhance their speaking skills. The whole event will have different stages as follows, which start with this call for auditions.
Contestants are requested to submit an entry in video format with a maximum duration of 8 mins adhering to the call for audition guidelines from the “Call for Auditions” page.
Audition entries will be screened by our expert panel and 12 contestants will be selected for proceeding to the next rounds.
The 12 shortlisted contestants will be competing in this round with a 10-15 min duration talk based on the theme “Human side of testing” (Test craftsmanship, Test methodologies, approaches, education, career growth tips etc **not covering anything related to technology). 4 episodes with 3 contestants in each episode will be recorded(video) and streamed via our YouTube Channel.
*Episodes are recorded in the presence of Judges similar to the format of the reality show. Dates and structure will be communicated to selected candidates later. Recording is planned tentatively to happen in July.
Elimination: 4 contestants will be eliminated and the remaining 8 contestants(judge’s marks & audience votes) will advance to the next round. We won’t be having an episode for elimination, contestants will be notified accordingly.
The 8 shortlisted contestants will be competing in this round with a 20-25 min duration talk based on the theme “Technology in Testing” (About rising tech trends in testing, future of testing, AI, ML, Automation, Cloud, Codeless, Blockchain etc). 4 episodes with 3 contestants in each episode will be recorded(video) and streamed via our YouTube Channel.
*Episodes are recorded in the presence of Judges similar to the format of the reality show. Dates and structure will be communicated to selected candidates later. Recording is planned tentatively to happen in August.
Elimination: 4 contestants will be eliminated and the remaining 4 contestants(judge’s marks & audience votes) will advance to the next round. We won’t be having an episode for elimination, contestants will be notified accordingly.
The 4 shortlisted contestants will be competing in this round with a 25-30 min duration talk based on the theme “Processes & Approaches in Testing” (Testing in Devops, startups and MNCs, Continuous testing, Testing and continuous delivery, Usability, Agile and testing etc). 2 episodes with 2 contestants in each episode will be recorded(video) and streamed via our YouTube Channel.
*Episodes are recorded in the presence of Judges similar to the format of the reality show. Dates and structure will be communicated to selected candidates later. Recording is planned tentatively to happen in September.
Elimination: 1 contestant will be eliminated and the remaining 3 contestants based on judge’s marks & audience votes will advance to the grand finale. We won’t be having an episode for elimination, contestants will be notified accordingly.
Lightning talks of 10 min per contestant based on theme provided by Judges in a later stage(will be communicated after Playoffs elimination). Live event that determines the title winner of “Super Voice”.
Note: Once you submit your entry for auditions, please start preparing for the next round theme topic so that by the time we shortlist you will have a topic handy.
When? 🗓️
Stage 1: Call for auditions is open till 30th June 2022, 11.59 PM IST. Any submissions after this date will not be considered to be part of the event.
Stage 2: Shortlisted 12 contestants will be notified by 10th July 2022 about the next rounds.
Stage 3: Recording dates will be communicated to the selected contestants respectively later. However, recording months can be referred to under the stages section.
*We will ensure that there is adequate time for the contestants to prepare so all the rounds will have a gap of a month each.
Grand Finale: 8th October 2022 (Tentatively)
Call for Auditions Guidelines 📝
This is an opportunity to express your thoughts and share your experience globally with the community. We are open to anyone working in the “Testing” industry with any experience level.
Auditions are open for any topics (Leadership and Management, Productivity, Hacks, Experience Report, Test Automation, Testing in Agile and DevOps, Continuous Testing, Test Techniques, Test Management, AI and ML in Testing, Codeless testing, API testing, Mobile Testing, Security Testing, Development Practices, DevOps, Infrastructure, Observability, Accessibility etc. These are just examples, we don’t want you to limit your creativity around these only. Please feel free to think out of the box.
We will handpick 12 speakers out of the audition entries who will be proceeding to the further rounds.
Please make sure that your video entry is having a maximum duration of 8 mins.
Final confirmation on selected entries for the next rounds will be informed to you by 10th July 2022.

Sure, we encourage all participants no matter if you are new or really experienced one, all are welcome, we will have some webinars/workshops and consultations in case you need extra help.
No, we are only accepting one entry from a participant. If you have ,multiple ideas please pick the best one among those as we should keep the review process seamless and effective with single entries.
Glad you ask, we value team effort, but this event is only for single entries; we encourage groups to go solo this time to experience the event at its fullest.
